Your satisfaction is super important to us, therefore, we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. We are always happy to answer questions about the products we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check material content, color, etc. If your decision is between two sizes, please go up a size. Children grow fast and can always grow into the next size. If you still feel unsure, please email or call us before ordering. In the event an item was not as expected, we will offer an EXCHANGE. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds. All concerns must be received by Attitude Pie within 7 days of the delivery, subject to the following terms:

- We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
If you find it necessary to exchange or return an item for store credit, please contact us for an RA Number. (Return Authorization Number). This number must be written on the outside of the return package. Packages that arrive without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Shipping for both the return and the exchanged item is at the expense of the purchaser.
To be exchanged for merchandise OR store credit, the item must be in its original condition. Tags must be intact, unlaundered, unworn. If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the exchange. Please include a copy of the invoice, so we know who to credit.
IMPORTANT: We can not be responsible for packages once they leave our hands, if the postal service fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore, please make sure to enter the correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns for store credit. If you have not received a credit within that time, please feel free to contact us.
